I was recently online and saw this post about Jobfox overcharging credit cards for our resume writing service. The post claims that the person who remains anonymous hired Jobfox to write a resume for them. In the first sentence, before they write about the payment issue, you’ll see that we agreed to create a professional resume and the person says we definitely did. The person then goes on to say a few more things about a Jobfox Scam and us charging them to much for their resume. We want to address this “Jobfox Scam” and let anyone else who may have any confusion about the cost of a resume with Jobfox and our payment options have an answer to their questions.
Jobfox offers two ways for our resume customers to buy a resume. They can either pay in full or they can use our multiple payment option. The multiple payment option for the Jobfox resume makes our professional resume writing service easier for people that cannot pay for their resume up front. We offer a payment plan of 6 payments of $72.00 which will be billed monthly. The person says they were charges a total to date of $360. It looks like the person in the Jobfox Scam complaint actually signed up for the plan and had just made their 5th payment of $72. Therefor they may have just not remembered that they signed up for our Multiple Payment plan which goes to show that this rumor of a Jobfox Scam is actually not a true one.
